All terms are per week commencing at 3.00 p.m. Saturday ending at 10.00 a.m. Saturday. If expected arrival is after 6.00 p.m. please inform proprietors.

When booking, please phone to check that dates are available. We will hold those dates until we receive your booking form and deposit which will be 1/3 of the total ammount of rental per week booked. The balance is payable six weeks before the holiday commences.

In the event of cancellation the deposit is not refundable, and the balance of your payment would also still be liable. We would advise taking cancellation insurance to cover this, and provide a policy to assist.Cancellation insurance must be taken at the time of booking. The form should be sent to the insurance company not ourselves.

The tenants will be responsible for making good any damage caused to the property during their occupation whether caused wilfully or not and for replacing any articles of furniture or equipment which may be damaged or lost.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our cottages.

Your accommodation must be left clean and ready for the new occupant by 10.00 a.m. on the last day.

Should circumstances beyond her control prevent the property being available, Mrs C. Lang shall be liable for the return of all payments made to Mrs C. Lang.One dog is permitted only in each of the designated cottages, and will be charged a fee of £15.00. Your pet may under no circumstances be left unattended in the cottage, be allowed in bedrooms or on furniture.
