- All terms
are per week/short break commencing at 3.00 p.m. on
day of arrival ending at 10.00 a.m. day of departure.
If expected arrival is after 6.00 p.m. please inform proprietors
so that arrangements can be made to collect keys.
- When booking,
please phone to check that dates are available. We will
hold those dates until we receive your booking form and deposit
which will be 1/3 of the total value of the booking.The balance
is payable 6 weeks before the holiday commences, bookings within
the 6 week period will be paid in full. A full receipt will be
issued for all payments.
- In
the event of having to cancel your holiday with us, the balance
of your payment would still be liable. We would advise
taking cancellation insurance to cover this, and can provide a
policy to assist. If cancellation insurance is not taken and subsequent
cancellation is made then refunds cannot be given. Cancellation
Insurance must be taken taken at the time of the booking. The
form should be sent to the insurance company not ourselves.
- The tenants
will be responsible for making good any damage caused to the property
during their occupation whether caused wilfully or not and for
replacing any articles of furniture or equipment which may be
damaged or lost.
- Your accommodation
must be left clean and ready for the new occupant by 10.00
a.m. on the last day.
- Should circumstances
beyond her control prevent the property being available, Mrs
C. Lang shall be liable for the return of all payments made
to Mrs C. Lang. Or alternative accommodation will be offered if
available.
